Hi all,

I noticed that when a script is exited by the tray icon or another method, the OnExit subroutine will be called.

When the script is terminated by task manager, it just quits and the sub-routine doesn't run.

Other programs do have an exit sub-routine that runs (MS word, the save dialog shows for example).

Is this possible in AHK, I couldn't find anything by searching.

David

Task Manager terminates the thread thereby interrupting any program processing.

I (think) I found how to do it in .NET, however I think such an ability would be seen as a security flaw and be patched
