There should be a funcction that let the user change the verion of the script File to there choice.

Thanks; that might get added someday. In the meantime, you can use a resource editor such as ResHacker to change the version of a compiled script file (EXE).

I think it would be very convenient to have version change, icon selection for pause and suspend, etc built into the compiler options. If that feature isn't added no big deal, but I'd like to see it.

I try to be honest about estimates, so here's why I think this one isn't the highest priority:

1) Fewer than 5% of users would likely benefit.
2) It's fairly difficult to implement in terms of R&D time and code size.
3) There are already ways to change both the version number and the pause/suspend icons (use ResHacker on AutoHotkeySC.bin or the have the script use "Menu, Tray, Icon" to override the pause/suspend icons).

This is not to say that it won't get done someday (it's still on the to-do list).
