hey guys, it's been a long while since I started AutoHotKey for Notepad2, I'm still working on my custom ahk editor replacement program but until then, back by popular demand.

I present to you Notepad2 with AHK syntax highlighting

Just like the scite4autohotkey I'll try and add new options like add support for third party controls, but mind you I go at my pace.

There is no price to this but if you feel like the need to donate feel free to contact me, this will keep the bills at bay for me if you all know what I am talking about :S

Does that have source code?...if so, could you contact Florian or Kai Liu about including it in their main release?...I've been using Notepad2 for soo long with a modified C# highlighting...(cuz I'll never use C# for C# & it gives me a little bit of correct AutoHotkey highlighting...

...AutoHotkey is capital A, capital H...Notepad2 is just capital N...

FYI I spelled Notepad2 as is, no spelling errors there but you're right about AutoHotkey
as for the source, I already contacted flo but that was way back when I first started this (about a year ago iirc) and he didn't seem even remotely interested at all.

I might have overseen it - is "bookmarking" already/again available within your release N2 (Flo has removed it for unknown reason ) ?

...I said "Your Subject"...the subject of this thread is spelled that way...


...can you post it anyway?...in case I or someone decides to compile their own version? I currently have a heavily ResHacked Notepad2...cuz I don't like some things about Notepad2, but haven't tried to re-compile it yet...(for example...I rename the "?" menu to "Help" & move menu items around...& change "Ln 1 : 1" in the statusbar to "Line 1/1"...I plan on releasing my mods sometime)...


...I have never tried to E-mail him (I probably will tho), but I really think he needs to either add AutoHotkey...or support some type of user-defined syntax schemes...AutoHotkey is major enough to warrant adding...

well I have a svn repository, I'll upload my modified source there and provide a zip file for easy access for those who don't like pulling from svn

Error 404 - Not Found

I am born SciTE user and Notepad2 for AHK looks better choice now. Ive replaced original notepad with it, and im happy now.
But:(
The abbrevations are missing for me.

type lo<ctrl-b>, it change to ->

Do you plan to implement this?
It would made more useful your Notepad24AHK.
