To change row(s) position:
- Select the row
- Ctrl+Drag them
- Ctrl+Drag the row where the last row have to be under

It keeps asking me "in French" where my web-browser is when it starts up, I navigate to firefox.exe but the next time I start it I am asked again.
Also if I right click the icon and choose "reload" it opens up a file browse box - and wants to be pointed at the internet browser again.
Also If I double click on any of the shortcuts to folders it pops up an error message (the message just says "error occurred") - although it opens the folder.
