the 3.0 demo seems to cost $$ and if you don't pay you get an annoying popup.
did 2.2 do this aswell? if not: SKAN (or anyone), do you still have 2.2? can you share it for the rest of us ? it also seems that 3.0 doesn't have Uskin Studio (Gui shown in the link in the OP to easily create a skin).

I can't find any 2.2 downloads. all the download sites try to download from a dead link on neemedias site.

USkinFree.dll 2.2.0.1 is fully free without any nag and was used in my demo.
