Hello all

recently i upgraded my old XP for a win 7. After that i couldn't manage to make any script work on it.All scripts i tried were running in the task bar but weren't doing their functions. I'd like to know if there is any requirement to run scripts with ahk or win 7 has any sort of block.I also tried to run it as adm.I don't know if it helps but the scripts i tried ( yes it was more them one), were used before formating. They are macros for the game warcraft 3.
I'd apreciate any sort of help.

obs: sry for my bad english

well i started to test my programs on win 7 from last week and its running quite fine except some issues i had before for e.g blockinput but thanks to ahk community especially Lexikos and leef_me (strange name)...just kidding...... for sorting out the problem

what do you mean by this. Its better to run a .exe as a administrator because vista and win 7 have lot of security constraints an example of it is UAC (User access control)...and my problem of blockinput also got excluded by running it as a administrator

paznos,
please try this script, does it work?
Code:
msgbox Hi, paznos this script works!

If that script works, you have a fighting chance to get the other stuff working.

If that script doesn't work, then I believe you have a problem with the new AutoHotkey installation.

You did reinstall AutoHotkey after changing windows versions, right?
