My current big project is a script for managing AHK libraries. The core idea of the script is to make it easy to update (or downdate) library files. The planned mechanics do not require any centralization, so anyone can make their libraries compatible with the script.

Progress is slow because I'm slammed with other work. See the Project MUFL: discussion thread for more information.

as I can't read anything about it this is probably too soon to say, but it shouldn't rely on the authors of a funcs/libs willingnes to do something. Fincs has a similar suggestion where authors had to create some metadata I believe. It should be possible for the community to add funcs/libs to such a manager. But sounds interesting none the less, so feel free to post link ;-)
