Post subject: How to do the same with a picture instead of text?

The code works good for me with text that has a hyperlink, how to change the pointer to a hand when hovering over a picture that has a hyperlink?

My code works and it will go to the homepage of the logotype picture when I click on it, but the pointer doesnt change to a hand when hovering over the picture.

Thankful for answers.
