I recently started a new job as a medical transcriptionist, and I work from home for a large company. The platform they have us use is on Windows Server 2003, running on a computer located on the other side of the country (USA). I enter text into their proprietary platform from recorded dictation that I also download. I am on Windows XP and using AHK_L that I downloaded a month ago (ANSI)

I find that I can use hotkeys just fine but hot words do not work. Does anyone have any suggestions?
