Code Browser can use a tree for code folding.
I think it's easier to make your code in section then to bookmark it.
It is a smalll editor but since it add folds in comment you can use it it any programming language and edit in another editor if you want to.

Hey, I use Notepad2-mod

It is like regular notepad2, but has syntax for autohotkey, and, since y'all were talking about ctrl+L to launch a file, they just added a button on their toolbar for this.

NoteTab is *very* powerful, and is great for html edits, but has very little syntax colouring.
