I haven't had much formal education or experience writing code. Would anyone be kind enough to share some links about this stuff?

I find myself having difficulty organizing my larger scripts in ahk and another VB-like language. Once it gets over a few hundred lines, it's such a hurdle to try to dig back into it that I just put it off indefinitely. Stuff about different styles of commenting code would help. Methods for how to make flow charts specific to programming would help too.
