I found, in the past, the throttle feature to be useful to avoid clogging the network when copying lot of files...

I admit I forgot that (I stick to consistency, anyway), but function names are case-insensitive: you can call substr, Substr, SubStr, it is always the same function.

Yes, that's a little problem with SciTE, that's why in general I just avoid using bold (and italics) in my styles...
