I might have to make 12 dropdown lists, one per province.
I don't know where you currently stand with this, but could you not use only two?...
One to select the Province, then another that dynamic ...

Aside from my core Microsoft apps (SQL Server, Visual Studio, etc) I use almost entirely Open Source apps. Are there tools in particular that you're looking for?

"Pie" is not typically my graph of choice, but now I know where to go if/when I need it.

If you do not want to use this script you can also use a free program like ServiceEx.
