Although you can't play a named OS sound, you can play a particular wav/mp3/whatever file if you know it's file name. Use SoundPlay. On at least some versions of Windows, the system sounds are stored in %WinDir%\Media

Yup,

I guess I'll make a workaround over the registry and play the user's sound.

It's for a point and click process killer.
