It looks like Microsoft might now be giving it away for free-

| Quote: | Use Microsoft Virtual PC 2004 to run multiple operating systems at the same time on the same physical computer. Switch between virtual machines with the click of a button. Use virtual machines to run legacy applications, provide support, train users, and enhance quality assurance.
Virtual PC lets you create separate virtual machines on your Windows desktop, each of which virtualizes the hardware of a complete physical computer. Use virtual machines to run operating systems such as MS-DOS®, Windows, and OS/2. You can run multiple operating systems at once on a single physical computer and switch between them as easily as switching applications—instantly, with a mouse click.

| Nice. This could be useful for testing AutoHotkey on operating systems I don't have installed (such as Windows NT4). |

Hi,
VMWare Server is also free.
With the free player, you can't create images, but with VMWare Server you can do (almost) everything.
One difference to VMWare Workstation is, that you can't make multiple snapshots with VMWare Server.
I like VMWare, because it's not from M$, it supports USB, SCSI drives and a dozent other reasons...
IMHO (!) it's the better product
Ciao

I wanted to recommend it here, too, but you were faster. _________________ Imo the usability of ahk-solutions and ahk-forum postings can be improved.

| Parallels is not as feature rich as VMWare but it's very fast. |
