|

Hi.
I am moving out of my city (and away from my OWN SECURE PC) for higher studies. I will have to use the Internet from my University (Through Universitie's LAN), and sometimes from a public Internet Cafe. I am concerned about some security issues, as I will be using Internet to access my Website (via SSH, FTP, cPanel) and use my credit card as well. I know that it is possible for the LAN Server to "peak" into some network traffic of its Clients (Like Logging MSN Messenger's Traffic).
I have searched the Internet for the possible security concerns and the effective software/tools, but cant find anything.
Can anyone please guide me.
Thank you _________________ My small "thanks" to AHK in shape of these dedicated 3d images (Topic already in "General" Forum) |

I mentioned earlier, I will be on a CLIENT computer. And I think only the Admin of the network can use proxies (for the whole network) _________________ My small "thanks" to AHK in shape of these dedicated 3d images (Topic already in "General" Forum) |
