well start by downloading the autohotkey client and start programming it comes with a helpfile, if you need help with the scripts you can post them in the help section

well repeat means how many times you want it to repeat itself.......Duh
if you want it to repeat 3 times you put 3 in,
if you want it to repeat itself 4 times you put in 4,
anything else?........

in line 26. This is more compatibel.
And if you want to mak it more random, make it so:
in Loop:

Random, rand, 3000, 6000
Sleep, %duration% + rand
Send, %text%{ENTER}

or simply remove the duration!

i leave the duration in so that if you have a big sentance you can make the duration long and if it is short yer make the duration short.... if you had a random time of 6 to 4 seconds then you want to type a long long sentance then they will know you are macroing.....
and by removing line 26 it is not more compatible... i have tried that already and it didnt work it kept sending keystrokes to the window that is open but and when you activate the runescape window it will be mudled up...
