Firstly, this has nothing to do with AHK. I just wanted you to know about AxCrypt. which, i feel, is the best single file encryption utility...(it even reduces size of encrypted files).
i won't say much but its learning curve is zero and is totally un-obtrusive... i recommend checking it out: http://axcrypt.sourceforge.net/
its free & small.

Can't believe it - seems to be some kinda vodoo ! 
Was recommended at a PC-Magazine. Thought about this morning to let you know ...
