Is there anyway to connect to a irc channel and start sending it text ect, ive looked around for some dll's but cant find any if you have any info please post it here thanks

wow it will be ubernice if some1 can find something. I've searched for some library for C++/delphi but failed ( i found some 9 years old crap xD ).
