Is there any way to do somthing like this,

Code:
CreateImage(x,y,x2,y2,fileLocationAndName)


x, y = top left corner
x2, y2 = lower right corner

Say the file as a BMP??

He didn't wrote he wanted a screen capture...
It might be a blank BMP, one with custom drawing, etc.
BTW, there are alternative screen capture methods, just to be complete.

Oh, you are pointing out the creation of BMP image out of scratch. OK then.
