Some really small utilities for those who don't like the AutoHotkey workarounds for these. (Like me.)
If you don't care about simulating other hotkeys, the corresponding hotkeys (XP) are:
Send, {LWin}u
Send, #r
Send, {Lwin}

 Lol, no. I'm just posting these for people *cough*psychos*cough* like Bo and me who prefer infinitesimal executables to mouse/keyboard workarounds with AutoHotkey. |

| "Infinitesimal" in Scrabble? Well, you'd need a good-sized portion of the board... and about six more letters... My Scrabble dictionary only has words up to nine or ten letters long. You only have seven tiles, and it's unlikely the board will favor you for such long words. |
