Hehe... I knew you couldn't resist clicking on a title like that. Anywho, on to the non-stupid part...
This isn't one specific utility, but rather a site. Generally, freeware sites are very poorly compiled, sickeningly saturated with ads, and downright digusting. (I'm sure BoBo knows this, poor guy's probably trudged through hundreds of those cesspools) This site is just one guy's command line utilities; and gosh, they're actually pretty darn useful! Check it out, I've tested a few of them, still in the process of trying the rest.
