What annoys me the most the that File Save dialog in Vista doesn't have a shortcut for Create New Folder button. WTF?

Awesome awesome post.. Is there any shrt cut key to stop loading the default profile on the system when windiws xp is booting?? I have say 3 profiles, one of them is default, which loads automatically.. but some time i have to access the other profile.. i do not mind entering the password if the password promt appears, but i want windows from stop loading the default profile..
