I know some of you have had problems with the forum logging you off, or not remembering who you are next time you visit. I've had some problems too; here are a few things that might help.

The forum keeps track of who you are with cookies. So if you want auto-logon to work (and have "view posts since last visit" work correctly) your browser should have cookies enabled, at least for this site.

Cookies are sensitive to the domain you visit. For example, visiting http://www.autohotkey.com/forum/ is not the same as visiting the same site without the "www" prefix. In effect, they will be treated as two separate sites, each with its own cookies. This can definitely cause logon problems, and might even log you off if you visit a variant of the domain while logged onto the primary domain.

If auto-logon still fails to work, your cookies might be damaged. Try closing the browser, deleting the one or two AutoHotkey cookies in your browser's cookies folder, and then coming back to the site to log in again.

I'm far from an expert in this area, so additional tips would be welcome.
