Ya, I would've said "to cure Rajat's boredom," but that's gotten pretty old by now.  Anywho, here it is: a visual hotkey database. What I mean is an OSK, but with different colors on the keys to show which ones have hotkeys assigned, and which modifiers they're assigned to, if any. It should read from a database of hotkeys (INI? TXT? XLS? AHK?), and have a functional Gui which provides a listbox-type view of hotkeys as well as modification of them. Maybe there should also be a side "OSM" (On Screen Mouse) too, since mouse hotkeys can be combined with keyboard hotkeys.
I'm just posting this idea now because I've had the concept for a while, but now I'm actually starting to work on it, and it could use a little refinement in design. Of course, it would also be nice if you wanna help work on it, too.  |
