It's not really a bug. but when I was looking at the AHK license I saw this.

I guess Chris Neglected to change this. Or he just didn't see it. But either way I think it is suppose to be changed by the program owner (Chris)

Although it's not 100% clear to me that the section "How to Apply These Terms to Your New Programs" isn't actually a part of the GPL, I've eliminated that section because like most of you, I prefer conciseness (which the GPL isn't, unfortunately).
