Sorry for posting offtopic!
When I suggested that you can attach it selectively for certain posts, I meant using the option above the Preview - Submit buttons.
I have a signature but have disabled it in my profile settings.
So I can attach it to any post like this one ... _________________ SKAN - Suresh Kumar A N

.. whereas my regular post like this one would not have a signature ..
I would suggest the same to engunneer too.

No! It is not annoying as most of your posts are elaborate. I was suggesting it for your single line posts which also carries the signature.
Edit: To be precise: I mean, you may opt to uncheck "Attach signature" when making short posts. |

But OTOH, to create a 'memory effect', it (often) needs a constantly repeated 'statement'. You might know that from advertisment campaigns.
Regarding that specific (engunneer's) signature: its serviceable (noob focused) content makes it especialy usefull, if set at a short (quick-shot-get-a-noob-on-track) post.

I just found that an attached signature maybe removed by unchecking Attach signature option while editing the post. |

I think there's a mod which gives users the option to hide signatures from the forum profile. If Chris could add that it would be great. _________________

These aren't animated but I decided not to use em as I wasn't sure what the response would be... And I think they are too big.
Edit.. Holy cow, they looked a lot smaller on my work PC (huge CRT at highest resolution)... _________________ [Join IRC!]
