My Gui Window is always located like halfway off the screen when I load my script.
How do I change that? |

Try this:
Gui, Show, CENTER h340 w300, Your App Name
Put that "CENTER" in there and it will come up in the center of the screen. Otherwise, put in "x0 y0" and it will be in the upper left corner.
