So i'm trying to add color to my gui but these colors aren't working. I used the gui, color, , (whatever the color is) command but it will only put a color in one of the controls. i have tried to add different color to different controls but it ignores them all and only uses the last one. Can anyone help?

Many controls do not follow the GUI for its background color, for example the edit control.

Refer AHK Doc - RegisterCallback(), and the second example demonstrates control subclassing.
