Thanks for the post. That site was interesting reading.
I downloaded VisiCalc and tinkered with it for a few minutes.
It's still surprisingly practical to use for simple spreadsheets and takes up hardly any drive space. Useful when running from a pen drive that's nearly full.
The .vc files are easy to edit in notepad.
