Is there a way for it to recognize AHK or AI2 scripting?

The most recent PSPad already has an Autohotkey syntax file built in; simply assign it to one of the "General" syntax forms and you can use it. If you have an older PSPad for some reason, a PSPad syntax file is included in the AutoHotkey installation, in the Extras folder.
