I automated all my Craigslist posting with iMacros. I use the Pro edition, but you can automate almost everything on Craigslist with the free version, too.

Just record one Craigslist posting, add a few variables to the macro and then use the command line to start it via AHK.

Download links (see free versions on the right):

HI SimpleGUI, im looking at Imacros to post ads to craigslist. For some reason i cant get the macro to work. It seems the form names are dynamic so the macro can be set to run more than once.

How did you get around that?

Thanks in advance
Sonny

I have tried paid software that works but cost $400 and my own scripting.

What I do now is so fast, I have not bothered to script..

If you are only posting to one city, it is easy to edit your old post, cut the body, type in random stuff, save it, delete it, right click and open a new tab and "Return to my account page", make a new post, paste the body, go back to the deleted tab, copy subject, paste in new post, copy "Location" and paste in new post, its done.. 30 seconds.

You see, they won't let you post the same thing twice, so editing before deleting gets past that.
They are limiting accounts too now so one account can only post 2 or 3 per day.

If you are trying to post in many cities, then buy the software, http://ezadsuite.com/1/ it works well, great support.
It has Automatic Verification Word Bypass and buy a SPRINT card and change your IP every 5 min by scripting it.
hang up with
runwait, rasphone -f "rasphone.pbk" -h connection_name, , hide
redial with
runwait, rasdial connection_name /phonebook:"rasphone.pbk",, hide
make sure you put in the full path to your rasphone.pbk

Sonny, if you have problems with iMacros, try posting in their forum at http://forum.iopus.com/viewforum.php?f=11

I always get useful answers there.
