I need to tell a running instance of Firefox to load a webpage.

The problem is this instance is running in a fullscreen kiosk style window, meaning the address bar isn't visible.

Also, the redirect should happen invisibly.

Possible?

if you have the tab settings in firefox set to "open links in current window"

then you can probarly lauch a url with the firefox process, just like you do with IE

You can remote control Firefox better if you add the iMacros extension to it:

hi guys, i found this topic during searching. what i am looking is to control remotely the firefox in another PC with a different IP. lets say to open firefox from my office PC and
open URLs from a firefox intalled in my home PC. to bypass the proxy Wink
i think other programs refer this functionality as web administrator or web control...
