I did not vote, because it is context sensitive. Sometimes radio buttons are better and other times DropDown. If there is only 2 or 3 selections with constant names, then I would prefer radio buttlons. Drop downs are more useful on variable selections and long entries.

Often, it does not matter. So no vote for now.

I think radio buttons are only suitable for 2-4 different options. Any more and the GUI looks too busy and less accessible.

Option group for All, Inbound, and Meters.
If Inbound is selected, populate the dropdown with the Inbound choices.
If Meters is selected, populate the list with the Meters choices.

I agree with Dragonscloud. Simple radios for the 4 big headers, than more specific options in the drop-down with an All option.

The drop down looks more professional.
Radio is only good for up to 3 options
