Hi Chris,
what about a AutoHotKey equivalent of the subst command to change
and determine drive substitutions.
I know that i can do this with the help of cmd.exe and i/o redirection
but this is clumsy and a little bit error-prone.

Thanks; I'll keep it in mind for a future version (though it's probably a long way off unless someone else codes it).
By the way, I have the vague impression that mapping a drive (via "net use") is considered to be preferable to subst, but I don't know the exact reasons (if any). |
