Useful site I found recently, helped me track a few nasty visitors. A lot faster than dnsstuff.com which is now riddled with ads/promos and restrictions.

One problem: All kind of scripts/websites like this give me my wrong adress, think my provider blocked it

Maybe it's your real one and you're just behind a NAT.
Tools like this and MaxMind are not always accurate though. My IP reports as being in Sheffield when I'm actually in London. This happens because it finds the location of your ISP's main servers.
