Why most people are putting they #include section at the end of their scripts?

so it will not interfere with the "Auto-execute" section. Most #includes are just function definitions, but if they contain hotkeys or subroutines, they will block the autoexecute section from running properly.

It is convenient to know where to look for dependencies.
PhiLho includes his wrappers on the top, because the wrappers would contain Contants that need to be initialised from auto-execute section.
