Considering that the source for that page doesn't contain any action to tell if it's correct or even if it's complete, I'd say... no.

No method to submit or detect anything = waste of time. 
besides, it wouldn't be har dto go to one of the many websites which lists the digits of pie, use your browser to search for that string, select it and the preceeding digits of pi, copy that variable into an AHK script, use a parsing loop to send each digit followed by a tab.

It's a lame joke.
"Please enter the first 2326 digits of Pi."
(bunch of single-digit boxes to click, fill, click, fill, click fill...)
"... in reverse order. Starting from the 1st occurrence of the digit sequence, 7317916157."
The immature punchline goes something like, "ha ha ha, you wasted all that time filling in 2326 digits of pi, and you did it wrong! ha ha, start over. this time in reverse order, starting from the sequence 7317916157."
