There have been a few issues here and there that I've read about on the forums, but I've used some (simple) scripts on my Vista PCs with no problems.

i've had better luck with my scripts working on vista than other OS's...
but that's probably because i'm programming on it, so constant testing is on vista, periodic/occasional is on xp. Very Happy

Only real problems I've had with Vista was with sound (easily fixed by running AutoHotKey.exe in compatible format) and with Winspector. Other than that, just ensure that you don't try to use scripts over applications that you are running as an admin, because they won't work (unless you run the script as admin too).
