I have problem with making piexelcontrol for making ai.

Problem is nearly all transaparent colors.

I need way to get color of top window.

Go into the settings and change the transparency of the windows to 0. After doing this the only transparent window should be the overview, and the icons there only display white, red, or yellow, so are easy to detect. The pixelsearch function allows for variation which makes it easier, but the actual icons in the overview are not transparent, so if you are checking for the right color in the correct area you should have no trouble.
