| Quote: | | could you do a "commander spot" marco? |
I have been working on making a command spot macro for awhile now, I'v got it working fine but because of the way the menu appearers on the bottom part of the screen it needs to know at what high on the screen the menu touches the bottom edge. Hope i explained that right, anyway. I'm working on detecting the screen high and automatically adjusting the cut off point. I would have finished it ages ago but I'v been a bit lazy about testing different resolutions. Ill try to include it in 0.7 |

I'm not really sure what the problem is then. You may want to look at the deathadder software and see if its something in there thats causing it. If you have another mouse you could try that might be worth trying too. Not that you want to have to use a different mouse with my program, that would suck . but it would tell you if its a problem with the mouse. I'm using a Logitech VX Revolution on my laptop to test with and I had no problems with the TV Missile. I will go try it out on my desktop and make sure it works fine there too. BTW. Razer makes some kick ass stuff, if you want headphones you have to check out their dolby digital 5.1 headphones!!! best Headphones iv ever owned, hands down! and most comfortable. |

O.K scratch that, Ill do a new update tonight that will have a toggle for a alternate TV Missile method where you press the button once to shoot and again to switch back. Sorry about all the hassle. And thanks again for the feedback.
See i do pay attention to the feedback and wherever possible try to accommodate peoples needs. |

0.6.4 alk1 Edition Released
New in 0.6.4
* Added Alternate TV Missile Mode
The alk1 Edition addresses a issue some people may have with the TV Missile switching back early. With 'Alternate Mode' enabled instead of holding down the TV missile button while guiding it you press the button once to launch and guide it and once more to switch back when finished.
Keep the ideas and feedback coming guys |

Yea thats really weird. Are you using the deathadder software? Let me know how using a different mouse works out for you. |

One thing I would like to see if it is possible on the next update is to have the M16 looped.
Doesnt the M16 loop work as if it is fired like its a full auto when you hold down the mouse but really it is only firing on single shot really fast?
And then the no recoil holds the barrel down. I see that a lot in match play. |

It already does what your asking. If you want to make the M16 or any burst weapon fire like its a full auto like the AK101 for example you can't. You can make it fast, really fast but the fact of the matter is its still firing a burst of 3 bullets then another and another. I would also point out that this makes the most accurate of burst weapons very inaccurate at range. BF2 has a stacking deviation for the first 3 shots with any gun, this means the closer together your shots the worse the accuracy is. One of my testers actually uses the auto fire to slow down the rate at which the support guns fire to avoid the recoil penalty. he's said his hit and kill rates went up immensely. Think of it like this 1st shot it jumps 2 pixels, 2nd it jumps 4, 3rd it jumps 8, for a total of 14 pixels from where you aimed. So if you use recoil correction and set it 2 by the second shot you would be 2 pixels short and by the third you would be 6 pixels short of where the last bullet was fired from. So for a burst weapon you would want to use a recoil amount that matches the deviation maximum deviation penalty you would incur, in this case 8. this means the second shot would be slightly low of where you aimed but following shots would be aimed in the same place. Well as close as to the same place as its possible to aim. |
