I found this site through a Wired article (http://blog.wired.com/monkeybites/2008/04/a-new-tool-offe.html) and thought that people 'round here might enjoy it's use:

It is supposed to come up with Regular Expressions for you based on a string you input. Kinda kewl! _________________ Blessed are those who can laugh at themselves for they shall never cease to be amused. |

This looks like it could be very useful.
If you work with regular expressions with any kind of regularity, you need to know about RegEx Coach.
My one complaint with RegEx Coach is that it stops after 10 match groupings. To solve that, I use AHK RegEx Tester, it lets you set how many matching groups to display. |

I use Expresso, you do have to register, but it's free and more than powerful enough for my twisted needs. |
