imeem.com uses advanced anti-leech methods (usually using URL Snooper to find file url or saving manually from firefox cache does the trick, but not in this case).
Since I didn't want to install OrbitDownloader just to try it (supposedly it can download from imeem.com), so after some googleing, this is the method that worked for me.

step 1: download excellent freewares:
-WebVideoCap http://www.nirsoft.net/
(to capture media stream)
-FLV Extract 1.3.0 (open source)http://moitah.net/
(to extract mp3 from downloaded files-mostly *.flv flash media)
-just unzip them, no installation required

step 2:
-open WebVideoCap and press "Start Capture"
-go to your wanted song on imeem.com
(example:http://www.imeem.com/acidhits/music/1HtTTR45/pure_tone_addicted_to_bass_different_bass_mix/
Puretone - Addicted to bass, in best remix but impossible to find elsewhere)
-wait until song progress bar loads 100%
-press "Stop Capture"

step 3:
extract mp3 from flv file using FLV Extract.

step 4:enjoy!
