Hey,
I would like to use AutoHotKey in Half Life 2 Deathmatch to help me to bunnyhop but I don't know if it's considered like a cheat. I don't think but I want to be sure because I really don't want to be banned. Do you think that I could use AutoHotKey in HL2DM (Online) without ANY risk?

There is ALWAYS risk. Most people would consider it a cheat. There are numerous threads discussing this topic for different games.

| I've been using it for a few days now. Nothing happened, people thought I had a speedhack but I'm just performing glitches way better. |

You know that steam (vac bans) doesn't apply directly don't you ?
If you cheat it may take several months before you get banned

Well I wouldn't use it since I really like my games on my steam acc 
Anyway "Good Luck out there buddy you're gonna need it (lol hl2  )" and hope that you don't end up banned

back to topic:
Using not integrated Tools like AutoHotkey to apply several automated movements or whatever are cheats to me. These are not programmed into the game and not known by anyone else.
But I would not always treat AutoHotkey as a cheat tool in games. It is the behavior how you use it. For example just spell corrections is not a cheat.
Fact is, I did never played such a game online (with or without AutoHotkey). |
