I say to have a "Ask for Help template" for us to help new users something like
-Problem
-Original Code
-Ultimate Goal
-Read the Manual?
-Things youve tried to search for in the forum
I think this will really weed out problems (like on a paticular thread)were people feel they can't post here and get help if there not experienced I understand we have a Sticky for this already but I think if they copied the template and answered these ? we can identify the problem better and get rid of people who only want a quick answer. IDK what do you guys think

I think you'd like a can of idiot-repellent and sunglasses that only let you see things worth looking at.

Anyways, there's not a whole lot to be done about said users. Their biggest problem is not un-intelligence, but rather ignorance. They believe that as long as they ask for something enough times, it will be handed to them on a silver platter, even if what they need is on page 2 of that forum section. That attitude is a "fortification against enlightenment", and until you can send a slap upside the head via e-mail, nearly all efforts are, at best, minimally effective.

These forums, by common consensus, are among the most helpful and n00b-friendly, and that, I think, encourages lazy posters. I like to think of this as an inevitable byproduct of a more tolerant and helpful community.
