I remapped keys for a game and for some reason, whenever i press shift it just acts like its stuck, even after closing autohotkey the whole system is pretty much acting like its holding shift. I've tested to see if it was my keyboard but everything seems fine, and also after banging on the shift key about 100 times it kinda popped back into place but it makes no sense.

Shocked Laughing

... it must have been dirty (past tense here, I don't assume the keyboard is still alive)

I'm using it right now, no shift problems, its clearly not the keyboard but i don't get why autohotkey is causing this, infact the shift isn't even remapped.

Can you create the smallest version of the program that still replicates the problem, and post that? That 1) makes it much easier for people to volunteer to help, and 2) whenever I whittle a problem script down, more often than not, somehow that illuminates the answer all by itself.
