I have been using Gigatribe now for years (previously called TribalWeb) and have setup Groups, and Groups of Users who each only get to see certain folders that "suit" the group.

I use AHK and have a group for us and sharing code and live chat about ahk (sorta IRC Based)
I have a group for family who get only shared my pictures
I have Karaoke which i share my Karaoke stuff.
I can create a group and share exactly only what i want, its based on P2P and Torrent
Premium users get heaps of advantages, its $25 for LIFE and worth every penny 10 times over.

I would like other AHK users to join my group and share files, code and ideas.

if you want to join my AHK Gigatribe group install it and add Trubbleguy and just put AHK in the request text box so i know your a valid user.
nothing in the request text box means i dont allow you in to my shares.
usually nothing in a request box is a PRON sharer

Gigatribe is not just for AHK, my family chat to me on it, and download all my pictures of my family when they see a picture they want for themselves, i never have to bunch em up and send em by email anymore, or any file or movie. its just there, they take it. i can take some snaps today, and my family will get them without me doing anything but putting them in "My Pictures" they find and download themselves.
My family can also UPLOAD PICTURES AND FILES to me without asking and i find them when i open gigatribe.

Karaoke is the same, the search is fantastic, i do a search and it searches EVERY COMPUTER in my group, some mp3 users have 80,000 songs. i can find any song anywhere and download in superb speed.

the basic gigatribe does everything but is limited to a single group and sources files from only one user, Premium users get Torrent style multipoint download from multiple users.

GIGATRIBE IS TOTALLY PRIVATE AND SAFE TO USE
delete a user and they are cut off until added again. they cant see you and you cant see them.

I seldom type this much unless i am coding, but Gigatribe is awsome and i hope some of you try it, its very small and very powerful.
