K, so i'm almost done with my first autohotkey.com re-deign, just have to debug top navigation javascript effects in IE (hate this browser).
Strict CSS, no tables!
Please let me know how it looks.

Overall impression is OK

What I think what could be better is:
* Colour scheme: I think the redish colours of the "top-logo" (autohotkey-logo) and the brownish colours of the headers (news, Introduction ...) do not match (at least in my eyes)
* The "top-logo" is too big overall - it should be smaller to leave more place for the more important parts of the page. (My general opinion is: It's annoying if advertising on the page takes an essential part in comparison to the informational parts ...)
*The headers (news, introduction) should repeat the autohotkey logo in any way to get a more consistent lookandfeel of the page ...

Cool! , just couple of suggestions:

1) The top Logo is toooo large - the height could/should be kept less than 100 pixels.
2) The White background is really hurting eyes, may be it could be reduced to 248.248.248

While hovering the top menu, the body of the page is jumping up'n down

If you use the 'keyboard'-image (currently positioned at 'News') as the top/header image it'll be nice.
The current pink-header-fabric-style-kinda-thing on the right would be OK too - from a female point of view - and if Revlon would promote their new perfume 'AutoHotkey'.

Glad to see some comments here .
Bobo, that's what i'm trying to fix in IE (that's what you rendered the page in, right?), it's JQuery's fault, hopefully i'll figure out how to fix this, if not, then i'll just remove JQuery from the top .

Thanks for all the comments and suggestions i'll make sure to keep them in mind for next re-designs.
I'll start working on my second one tonight, I'm planning on dark theme this time .

I think it's great, although the top banner is a little large as some people have said. A huge improvement over our current! Chris may be a great scripter, but he isn't very artistically inclined...

Is anyone here good with Javascipt? If yes, can you rewrite my navigation effects to be compatible with A-grade browsers? I can provide you with all the site files.
