When you look at somethign like auto window SPY the values in it are constantly changing...

I would like my GUI to refresh itself like Window SPY does... How do I do that???? Shocked

You may use a Timer to constantly update your GUI:

Code:
CoordMode, Mouse, Screen
Gui, Add, Text, w100 h25,  Mouse Position`t:
Gui, Add, Text, x+5 wp hp vMPos
Gui, Show
SetTimer, MouseGetPos, 10
Return

MouseGetPos:
 MouseGetPos, X, Y
 GuiControl,, MPos, % "X=" X ",  Y=" Y
Return
