Hi,
nice script, but it doesn't work for me.

First time that i will try to understood DLL-Calls Rolling Eyes

i get an errorcode 1062 by the OpenHandle call

Don't know how to translate the returncode to the returncode constants listed by msdn

elsewhere it is because I'm don't using the XP integrated WLANcontrols?
i control my wlancard with the software delivered by the driver because of nicer look and feel for me. Had a nice Profilesupport ^^

my idea was to create a script that does an action on a successfully auth from accesspoint but before an ip is assigned (eventually check the accesspointmac wich action should be executed)

in example:
check if wlan is connected
check if no ip is assigned
if no:
-- wake up home dhcp server (send a WOL Magic Packet to it)
-- do an ipconfig /renew "connectionsname"
if yes:
-- do something else or nothing

otherwise if this script will grow ... eventually do the complete wlan-profilemanagement with it (but thats an action i can't done for myself for now)

Greetz
